The League

The Sanctuary Fitness League is an 8-week challenge designed to keep you accountable, motivated, and building real habits that last. Whether your goal is fat loss, strength, or simply showing up more consistently, the League will push you to stay on track.

You’ll earn points every week by:

  • Attending workouts

  • Hitting your step target

  • Staying consistent with your nutrition

Track your progress on our live scoreboard and see how you stack up while building habits that stick.

Scoring System

Score points each week by showing up for your workouts, hitting your steps, and staying on track with your nutrition goals - consistency is what counts in the League.

Attendance: Attend 3 sessions per week - 15 points (Open gym sessions also count)

Step Goal: Complete 8k steps - 5 points

Specific Nutrition Goals: Hit your target calories - 5 points

Want to take part but not a member?

Joining the Fitness League is simple. Just commit to a 2-month membership—£68 per month at our Eastwood location or £120 per month at Mansfield.

Not local? You can still get involved online for just £45 per month (2-month commitment). This is your chance to build consistency, level up your training, and be part of something bigger.

  • No, we’ll track your points for you! Just make sure you check in for your sessions, tick if you’ve completed your steps and calories on the Sanctuary Fitness Online app. You’ll receive regular updates on your score.

  • We will continuously update the live webpage with the scores, we’ll aim to update it every Monday
