The event
Sanctuary Fitness & Conditioning presents the Sanctuary Fitness Games! Perfect fun-filled day for fitness enthusiasts. Taking place at our Eastwood gym Sunday 8th September, this will be a team based event with slots open to mixed pairs and same sex trios.
All our events will include exercises typically found in our Metcon classes so it's likely you've already been training for this!

The Sanctuary Strength Games 2023
The recap
In 2023 we proudly hosted our first ever in-house competition, the Sanctuary Strength Games. It was a perfect, fun-filled day for our members that are strongman and strongwomen enthusiasts.
The events
We had a range of events for our athletes to participate in, from sled pulls to log press to deadlifts. There was a great selection for our athletes to put their strength and power to the test!
