The event
The Proving Grounds is our BRAND NEW annual team fitness event designed to test strength, endurance, teamwork and strategy.
The Proving Grounds is built for everyday people who enjoy training, pushing themselves and working together as a team.
Teams of three will battle their way through nine unique zones, each presenting a different challenge.
How it works
Each team starts with a 20-minute time cap to complete all nine zones.
Every zone presents a different challenge. Some will test your engine. Others will test your strength. Some will force your team to work together, while others require you to decide the smartest way to divide the workload.
Complete all nine zones before the time cap and you'll earn the opportunity to tackle the final challenge.
The further you progress, the more points you score!

Zone 1 – 800m Team Run
Zone 2 – Worm Lunges (40m)
Zone 3 – Dumbbell Push Press
Zone 4 – 40 Synchro Burpees
Zone 5 – 1000m Row
Zone 6 – 1000m Ski
Zone 7 – Team Yoke Push (80m)
Zone 8 – Barbell Deadlift
Zone 9 – Heavy Team Sled Pull (40m)
