Our Mansfield Classes

Hybrid

Our Hybrid program will consist of a variety of different training styles. From Olympic lifting and it’s many different variations, basic and advanced strength training strategies, the fundamentals of body movement to body building type exercises.

Metcon

The Metcon program is designed to improve strength, endurance and cardiovascular function through the use of a variety of exercises including resistance, body weight and functional movements. The high intensity approach of the sessions always result in a high calorie burn and the numerous formats used help keep the workouts interesting and engaging.

Bootcamp

These sessions can be anything from high intensity circuits or plyometrics, to Strongman sessions. We give creative license to our skilled team of trainers and allow them to run some fun and interesting sessions to keep the timetable fresh and challenge your body in different ways.
